| 摘 要： | 本文根据安监总管三[2014]116号文《关于加强化工安全仪表系统管理的指导意见》的要求对某港油库及码头工程安全仪表系统SIL定级工作的必要性、内容、方法、流程等进行了论述,同时对SIL等级选择的LOPA分析方法进行介绍。通过SIL定级,项目管理及设计人员合理配置安全仪表系统,提高安全仪表系统的可靠性和可用性,保证油库及码头投运后的安全、可靠、长周期运行。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements specified in Safety Supervision and Management Article No.116(2014),Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Chemical Safety Instrument System,the necessity,content,methods and process of SIL grading of safety instrument system is explained based on the oil tank farm and terminal at a harbor.An introduction to LOPA analysis method is made.SIL grading,project management and design personnel are combined to configure safety instrument system,improve the reliability and availability of safety instrument system,and ensure safe,reliable and long-term operation of oil tank farm and terminal. |
