摘    要:岩石顶管掘进机首次大规模应于我国重庆观景口水利枢纽工程并取得成功,但鉴于顶管掘进机一般用于土层的顶进,用于岩石地层超长距离顶进施工的计算理论和技术规范匮乏。本文抛砖引玉,在已有顶管掘机及TBM计算理论和经验基础上,对岩石顶管掘进机超长距离顶进施工主要设计参数进行探讨,以期业界能尽早形成岩石顶管掘进机施工的理论体系。

Abstract:Pipe Jacking Machine is applied firstly and successfully in Guanjingkou water conservancy pivot project.In view of pipe jacking machine used generally for soil layer,few calculation theory and technical standard specify the extra-long distance construction of pipe jacking machine for rock-layer.The primary design parameters for the above construction are discussed based on the calculation theories and experience of pipe jacking machine and Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)in order to produce a theoretical system of pipe jacking machine used for rock-layer as early as possible.
