| 摘 要： | 本文以国内外港口建设工程物资采购所涉及的物资所有权转移的合同实务及相关法律问题为主展开研究。结合国内外法律规定及合同条款实践,对港口建设工程物资所有权做出定义,分析和总结国内外港口建设工程物资所有权转移的时间及方式,并提出不同情况下在合同中对所有权转移条款的约定建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the contracts and law issues concerning the ownership transfer of goods procured in the construction of China domestic and overseas ports,by applying relevant laws,rules,the terms of contracts,the ownership of goods procured in port Construction is defined,the transfer time and ways of the above ownership are analyzed and summarized,the advices about the contract terms concerning the ownership transfer under different conditions are put forward. |
