Discussion on Risk Response of Breakwater Construction in Typhoon-prone Area

Due to complex natural environment,the breakwater construction in typhoon-prone area is hard to avoid typhoon.Based on the anti-typhoon measures adopted in a breakwater project under three strong typhoons,the methods and strategies to reduce the typhoon risk and loss are analyzed,the effects of different risk control methods are discussed,including avoiding,bearing,transfer and insurance,the risk preventive measures are used rationally in order to ensure the success of project construction with the minimum risk cost.
