摘    要:鼠浪湖岛矿石中转码头工程作为国内最大的矿石中转码头,可停靠40万t级的超大型矿石船。针对大鼠浪岛及周边浅滩不规整的平面形态,本文结合工程设计实例,详细分析装卸工艺关键技术。该系统具有可靠、灵活、高效,远近结合的特点,重点解决了如何将多种功能、多种流程集中转换的问题,工艺流程复杂多样,装卸设备先进合理,满足铁矿石运输船舶发展的需要,代表了最先进矿石中转码头的设计水平,对今后建设此类工程是很好的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:As the largest ore transfer terminal in China, Shulang Lake Island terminal can accommodate super-large ore ships up to 400,000 tons. In view of the irregular plane shape of Shulang Lake Island and the surrounding shoals, key handling techniques are analyzed in detail by referring to some engineering design cases. The technological system is characterized with reliability, flexibility, high efficiency, the combination of distant and proximal handling, and supports the centralized conversion of multiple functions and processes, complete with complex and diverse technological process as well as advanced and reasonable handling equipment. The system promotes the development of iron ore ships, represents the design level of the most advanced ore transfer terminal, and serves as a reference for similar projects in future.
