位于水陆交界处的锁口钢管桩围堰设计与施工

摘    要:湘江杨梅洲大桥22#主墩位于水陆交界处,为满足桩基、承台施工需要,采用直径40m的锁口钢管桩围堰作为围护结构。根据土质参数,论文采用理正岩土和MidasCivil分析钢管桩围堰与周边土体的相互作用,验算结构设计合理性。在此基础上,重点论述锁口钢管桩沉桩的改进工艺。结果表明,新工艺可缩短工期75天,节约成本104.9万元,研究成果对类似工程围堰设计与施工提供了参考与借鉴。

Abstract:Pier No.22 of Yangmeizhou Bridge across Xiangjiang River is located at the land-water boundary.In order to satisfy the construction requirements of pile foundation and platform,the locked steel-pipe-pile cofferdam with the diameter of 40m applies as a protective structure.Based on the soil parameters,Lizheng/Geo and Midas Civil are used to analyze the interaction between the cofferdam and the surrounding soil,and to check the structural safety.In addition,the improved technology for driving locked steel-pipe-pile is discussed as a key point.75 construction days and the cost of 1049 thousands RMB can be reduced by using the new technology,the research results can serve as a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
