摘    要:港口码头起重机大车行走轨道在使用过程中,存在断裂现象,个别港口发生断裂频率高而且范围广,不但影响起重机正常运行甚至威胁整机稳定性,有较大安全风险。本文主要针对码头起重机轨道断裂原因进行初步分析,根据实际使用经验提出目前存在的问题和对策,为港口码头起重机轨道理论设计和工程实践提供参考。

Abstract:The rail fracture phenomena can be found in the process of port crane travelling on the rail,it even occurs frequently in large scope of several ports,its impact on the integral stability and normal operation of crane leads to higher risk.The causes for the fracture of port crane rail are analyzed initially,the problems and the countermeasures are put forward based on the engineering experience,which will provide a reference for the theoretical design and engineering practice of port crane rail.
