码头混凝土面层裂缝施工质量控制

摘    要:根据京唐港区集装箱码头混凝土面层的施工经验和试验数据,确定依托工程的最佳配合比、养护时间、割缝时间和割缝深度,并提出水泥用量、混凝土养护及割缝是有效减少混凝土面层裂缝的关键因素。实施效果表明,通过混凝土面层裂缝施工质量控制,可以将裂缝缺陷率降低50%以上,这不仅提高了码头混凝土面层的观感质量和耐久性,还降低了施工和维护成本,同时还为类似工程提供了施工经验和依据,具有一定的经济及社会效益。

Abstract:The construction experience and test data on concrete surface course of a container terminal at Jingtang harbor are followed to determine the optimal mix proportion,curing time,seam-cutting time and seam-cutting depth.The cement consumption quantities,concrete curing and seam-cutting are regarded as the key factors to effective reduction of concrete surface cracks.The results show that the crack rate can be reduced by more than 50%through the control of construction quality,which improves the appearance quality and durability of concrete surface course,reduces the cost of construction and maintenance,provides the construction experience and basis for similar projects,and has a certain economic and social benefit.
