废弃混凝土再生集料基层的新成型方法

摘    要:通过对废弃混凝土再生集料的加工和性质的检测.以水泥做结合料,在试验室利用击实成型方法确定再生集料基层的最佳含水量和最大干密度.并检验其力学性能,发现试验结果离散性大。通过室内试验.证实了击实和静压试验使再生集料发生不同程度的破碎,使再生集料内部存在缺陷;而振动压实成型在选择合理参数情况下能避免缺陷的产生。利用振动压实成型的再生集料基层的力学性能符合规范要求,是废弃混凝土再生利用的一个有效途径。

Abstract:With the cement as the combination material, the recycled concrete aggregate having been processed and tested is used in semi-rigid base-course, whose best content and the largest dry density is got and mechanic performance is tested in laboratory. The paper shows that vibration shaped methods can avoid internal limitation and that recycled concrete aggregate base-course completely meet the need of present specifications by vibration modeling. It is an effective way to re-use scrap concrete.
