沥青混合料二次加热方法比选

摘    要:沥青混合料试验过程中,常常不可避免的要对其进行二次加热。选用四种沥青混合料二次加热方法,并与即拌即用方法进行对比。试验结果表明,采用微波技术对沥青混合料进行二次加热,不仅加热时间短,能耗低,材料受热均匀,且加热后的混合料各项性能指标非常接近即拌即用水平,采用微波技术替代烘箱对沥青混合料进行加热是可行的。

Abstract:As during the course of asphalt mixture test,reheating cannot be avoided.In this paper,four reheating methods to asphalt mixture are chosen,and the pavement performance after reheating are compared with those by normal heating.The research shows that microwave heating for reheating of asphalt mixture can save both time and energy with evenly heating,and the properties factors of mixture after reheating are very close to those mixed mixture,in general,microwave heating has been proved feasible for reheating of asphalt mixture instead of oven.
