关于航海高等职业院校文化建设的若干思考

近年来随着航海高职院校的发展,文化韵味缺失等不良现象逐步显现,并成为制约和困扰各航海类高职院校深层次发展、内涵建设的一大瓶颈。本文重点分析了校园文化的内涵、功能、航海高职院校文化要素构成,并基于对文化要素的分析,阐述了航海高职院校文化建设的几点思考,提出了构建大学文化、航海文化、半军事化管理文化以及传统特色文化的基本思路。
