摘    要:介绍了曹妃甸矿石码头一期工程栈桥上部结构——钢管混凝土拱桥的安装过程,重点介绍了在渤海湾外海环境下首次采用整体海上远距离运输和整体安装施工工艺,为海上整体安装大型重钢构件提供可借鉴的施工经验。

Abstract:The paper presents an introduction to the procedure for installation of steel-pipe-concrete arch bridge spans-superstructure of the approach bridge for Phase I of Caofeidian Ore Terminal.The introduction focuses on the long distance offshore transportation of an overall bridge span and the technology for installation,which were the procedures that were first ever used in the offshore environment in the Bohai Gulf,presenting experience as reference for installation of large and heavy complete steel structures in the offshore environment.
