高速公路连续缓下坡路段事故成因与对策措施

摘    要:高速公路连续缓下坡路段的事故率和事故严重程度均较一般路段高。通过对某高速公路连续下坡路段的安全性评价,对该路段近四年的事故情况进行统计,并基于事故原因分析,提出针对性的安全保障措施,以期大幅降低事故率和消除重特大事故隐患。

Abstract:The rate and severity of accidents occurring at continuous slow downhill sections of express- ways are higher than which occur at common sections. According to the safety evaluation of one continuous slow downhill section, the accident condition of this section in the recent four years is analyzed. Based on the analysis of causes of these accidents, the targeted security measures are put forward to significantly reduce the accident rate and eliminate major accidents.
