高铁高墩道岔梁现浇贝雷支架结构受力分析

摘    要:沪昆高铁某特大桥道岔梁是由两线向四线过渡的,既有简支粱,又有连续梁,最小梁宽为12.0m,最大梁宽为23.0m。最大墩高为30.5m,采用钢立柱和贝雷支架支撑现浇施工。为保证支架施工的安全和质量,采用有限元对支架设计方案进行了结构受力分析,结果证明该方案能够满足施工要求,并在实践中顺利完成了该道岔梁的施工.

Abstract:Turnout girder of a huge bridge in Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway line is a transi- tion from double lines to four lines. It is either a simply supported beam or a continuous beam with minimum girder width 12.0m, maximum girder width 23.0m and the largest pie height 30.5m. It is cast- ed in situ with supporting of steel pillars and Bailey trusses. In order to ensure the safety and quality of the trusses construction, finite element method is used to analyze the mechanics characteristics of the trusses design solution, and the results show that it can meet the construction requirements and can be constructed smoothly and successfully.
