黄石高速公路热再生混合料设计

摘    要:黄(骅)-石(家庄)高速公路石家庄-沧州段已通车十多年,路面出现了沥青老化、表面功能下降现象,现采用就地热再生处理方式。文章论述了再生剂的选择和掺量,新料掺配率,新骨料级配,再生混合料的最佳沥青用量,碾压质量的控制、接缝处理,为同类工程提供参考。

Abstract:Shijiazhuang-Cangzhou segment of Huanghua to Shijiazhuang expressway has been opened to traffic for more than ten years,the pavement has showed asphalt aging and surface function decline phenomenon.Now the method of right hot recycling treatment is adopted.This paper discusses selection and mixing mount of recycling agent,new material volume fraction,aggregate gradation,the best asphalt amount of regeneration mixture,control of rolling quality and junctures dispose,which provides reference for similar projects.
