基于CAN总线的车轮转速采集系统设计

摘    要:汽车性能相关试验中需要采集到车轮转速,通常采用霍尔式传感器或磁电式转速传感器对车轮转速进行测量,针对车载环境干扰严重的情况,文章基于CAN总线传输技术设计了一种车轮转速测量系统,系统中利用单片机接收转速传感器的信号,处理得到转速之后通过CAN总线将转速数据往外发送,系统测量精度高,适合车载环境下使用。

Abstract:Wheel speed is needed in relevant test of the car’s performance.We usually use Hall sensor or the magnetoelectric type speed sensor to measure wheel speed.Aiming at serious interference for the automotive environment,this paper has designed a wheel speed measurement system based on CAN bus transmission technology.The system uses single chip computer receives rate sensor signal,do processing and get the speed,then send out speed data.With high precision measurement,the system is suitable for use in the automotive environment.
