| 摘 要： | 通过阐述交通需求管理的内涵以及基本思想,分析奥运期间主要运用的交通需求管理措施,并提出后奥运时期应采用交通需求管理与公共交通同步建设的方法来促使居民出行由私人交通改为公共交通,以缓解城市交通拥堵问题。

| Abstract: | Through expounding the connotation and basic ideas of traffic demand management,the relating traffic measures during Olympics are analyzed.Then the method combining traffic demand management with public traffic is put forward during post-Olympic so as to make residents select the public traffic rather than private traffic to alleviate the urban traffic jam. |
