| 摘 要： | 为快速评估既有砌体结构的抗震性能,基于日本既有建筑抗震评估理论,提出了一种砌体结构抗震性能评估方法.该方法以砌体结构各楼层墙体和构造柱的水平抗侧承载力作为结构抗震能力的指标,通过比较结构抗震能力指标与结构抗震能力需求指标评估砌体结构的抗震性能.通过对汶川地震中大量多层砌体结构房屋震害的分析,获得了遭遇地震烈度9,10度的结构抗震能力需求指标.结果表明,该方法能快速评估砌体结构的抗震性能,估计其震害程度.
