| 摘 要： | 从使用者的角度出发,参照舰艇通信系统的工作过程,建立了系统的效能评价指标体系,运用模糊数学的原理和方法,建立了变权模糊综合评判模型,实现了对舰艇通信系统效能的评价,并通过比较分析和算例结果证明了模型的有效性。 |

| Abstract: | From the view point of users,the efficiency evaluation index system of ship communication system was established refer to its work process.Then,the model of variable weights fuzzy comprehensive assessment was set up to estimate the efficiency evaluation of ship communication system,based on the principle and method of fuzzy mathematics.In the end,the model was proved to be validity to solve this type efficiency evaluation through the comparative analysis and result of example. |
