| 摘 要： | 概述了基于电控AMT直流电机H桥电路的控制方式以及功率场效应管的特点,并根据该控制方式和驱动电路的要求设计了基于MC33035和分立元件的驱动电路,对分立元件电路进行了调试。

| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the control method of H-bridge circuit based on DC-motor for AMT and power MOSFET characteristics.Based on MC33035 and individual components,the driving circuits are designed according to the control method and drive circuit requirements.Adjustments are done for individual components circuits. |
