混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能试验方法的探讨

摘    要:目前在《混凝土结构耐久性设计与施工指南》(CCES01—2004)(2005修订版)中推荐了4种评定混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的试验方法:RCM法、电量法、NEL法和自然扩散法。为了使采用不同实验方法得到的实验结果具有较好的可比性,应将这4种方法中可以统一的部分进行统一,以提高不同方法对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能评估的一致性。文章根据现有试验方法以及近年来国内外文献,从提高不同实验方法结果的可比性出发,对试样尺寸和试验步骤等内容进行了探讨,并提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Four methods, i.e. RCM, quantity of electric charge, NEL and natural dispersion method, have beenrecommended in the current Guide to Design and Construct Durable Concrete Structures (CCES01-2004) (Revised in2005) to evaluate the performance of concrete against chlorine infiltration. To makc the results achieved through thedifferent testing methods well comparable, it is necessary to unify those unifiable parts in the four testing methods toimprove the consistency of the evaluation of the performance of concrete against chlorine infiltration made bydifferent testing methods. Based on the existing testing methods and the available literatures published at home andabroad in recent years, and starting off from the improvement of the comparability of the results from different testingmethods, discussions are made on the size of specimens and testing procedures and some recommendations are alsomade.
