基于模糊数学的应急物流绩效评估方法研究

按照应急物流绩效评价原则,构建了一套应急物流绩效衡量的指标体系,并应用层次分析法（AHP）确定各个层次的指标权重,采用专家打分法建立评价指标集,运用模糊聚类法对应急物流绩效进行评价,实现了对指标体系的量化。研究结果表明,该评估方法使应急物流绩效的衡量更具整体性、可比性、实用性和易操作性。

Performance Evaluation Method of Emergency Logistics Based on Fuzzy Mathematics

According to the emergency logistics performance evaluation principles,a set of emergency logistics performance measurement index system was made.The hierarchical analysis method（AHP） was used to determine the level of each index weight.The expert scoring methods were adopted to establish the evaluation indexes.The method of fuzzy clustering emergency logistics was used to evaluate performance evaluation index system so as to realize the quantitative analysis.The results show that the evaluation method can measure the emergency logistics performance more effective and feasible.
