| 摘 要： | 从分析中小学生交通安全宣传教育制度建设、法制建设、规范化建设入手，回顾了近20年来我国中小学生交通安全宣传教育体制机制建设历程，系统分析了目前中小学交通安全宣传教育体制机制存在的主要问题，并提出相关建设性意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the analysis of the system construction, legal construction and standardization construction of traffic safety publicity and education system for primary and secondary school students, this paper looked back at the development course of traffic safety publicity and education system for Chinese primary and secondary school students in the past twenty years or so, made systematic analysis of existing problems challenging traffic safety publicity and education system of primary and secondary schools, and proposed corresponding constructive suggestions. |
