| 摘 要： | 本文以50例正常人为对照组与50例食道癌、宫颈癌患者和30例经~(60)Co射线放疗的癌症患者外周血淋巴细胞的染色体畸变率(CAs)进行了比较研究。发现放疗前患者的CAs比正常人明显升高,而放疗后的患者,CAs又明显高于放疗前的患者,这些都说明了CAs不仅可作为癌症患者的细胞遗传标记物,而且也能检测由~(60)Co射线所诱导的遗传学效应。肿瘤的发生和射线的局部照射同样影响了患者的外周血淋巴细胞。

| Abstract: | The frequencies of chromosomal aberrations (CAs)were studied comparatively in peripheral lymphocytesfrom 50 normal controls, 50 patients with cervicalcarcinoma and esophageal cancer, and 30 patients withcencers after ~(60)Co--ray radiotherapy, There was a high-ly significant increased frequency of CAs in patientswith cancers before radiotherapy to normal controls,the patients with cancers after radiotherapy had an obvi-ous increase in frequency of CAs compared with thosebefore radiotherapy. The results showed that the CAsnot only is a genetic marker in patients with cancers,but also may be useful for measuring effects on geneticmaterial induced by ~(60)Co--ray. The carcinogencsis andlocal irradiation could affect peripheral lymphcytes of pa-tients with cancers. |
