| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the necessity and feasibility for the cooperation in VTS across the Taiwan Strait. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the cooperation, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions including enhancing cooperation and communication, developing operation guidance and establishing a ＂Test Land＂ and etc. |
