客货分离道路系统实施评价方法研究

通过综述国内外客货分离道路的实施及研究现状,重点分析国外现有客货分离道路评价方法在我国的适应性和可行性,在此基础上,结合我国港口城市道路运输特点,提出我国港口城市客货分离道路评价体系,并研究了评价指标的量化方法。研究成果对于指导我国客货分离道路系统的规划与设计、充分发挥客货分离道路系统的优势,具有一定的参考价值。

Study on Evaluation Methods for Implementation of Passenger and Freight Road Separation System

The article reviews and summarizes the present situations in the implementation and study of passenger and freight road seperation at home and abroad, and focues analysis on the adaptability and feasibility of the exisitng foreign passenger and freight road separation evalaution methods in China. On this basis, the article puts forward the passenger and freight road separation evlauaiton system for the harbor cities of China accoridng to the road transportation characteristcs of harbor cities in China, and studies the quantization method of evaluation methods. The study results have a certain reference values for instructing the planning and design of the passenger and freigth road separation system and fully playing the superiority of passenger and freigth road separation system in China.
