苯乙烯系离子交换树脂中间体的粒度控制

摘    要:通过苯乙烯、二乙烯苯悬浮共聚制得了离子交换树脂中间体,研究了搅拌桨形状,分散体系和分散助剂浓度、升温速率对白球收率的影响,有效控制了共聚过程中液滴的聚集与粘结,得到了所需粒径的白球中间体。

Abstract:The intermediate (white bead) of an ion exchange resin was prepared by a process comprising styrene-divinyl benzene suspension copolymerization. The effects of the turner, dispersing system and assistant concentration, heating velocity on beads size and distribution were studied. Beads with optimum size were gained.
