| Abstract: | Lot 19 of the Qinghai-Tibet railway is at an elevation of nearly 5,000 meters and is located in permafrost zone,where the construction climate is extremely harsh,construction period is short.This paper elaborates,on such special environmental conditions,how to ensure concrete construction quality and progress in terms of personnel,mechanical equipment,supplies,concrete construction and quality control,health insurance,etc. |
