旧桥基础加固实例

摘    要:杨河大桥为一座钢筋混凝土T型梁桥,桩基为直径1.2m的钻孔灌注桩,桩基嵌入中风化粉砂质泥岩,平均桩长12.5m。由于河床段上下游长期人工取砂及严重冲刷,桥墩横系梁及桩基已经外露2~4m,桩基的外包混凝土部分钢筋外露锈蚀。河床面以下4~5m均为砂砾层,如河床进一步冲刷,将严重削弱桥梁的承载能力及影响桥梁的整体稳定,为保证桥梁的安全,对基础采用微型桩托换技术进行整体加固。

Abstract:Yanghe Bridge is a reinforced concrete T-girder bridge. Its pile foundation is the cast-in-place pile with a diameter of 1.2m. The pile foundation is embedded into silty sand mud rock of middle weathering with an average pile length of 12.5 m. At the upper and down reaches of the river bed sector there are many sands taken by person and by serious erosion, so the transverse tie beam and pile foundation of the bridge piers have been 2-4m have been exposed, and a part of reinforcement of pile foundation wrapped by concrete has been exposed and rusted. 4-5m under the river bed surface is sand gravel course. If the river bed is further eroded, the bridge capacity will be seriously weakened and the integral stability of the bridge will be influenced. In order to ensure the bridge safety, the foundation shall be integrally consolidated by the technology of support and change of micro pile.
