涂层高红外固化技术的研究及应用

摘    要:涂料高红外加热技术是模拟航天飞机返回地面进入大气层时,摩擦升温而将表面瞬时加热到额定温度的技术,即可快速提供高能量,高密度及全波段强力红外辐射使涂料固化。经试验验证和生产应用表明,高红外技术在涂料固化领域完全地粉末涂料、水性漆及PVC胶的固化。

Abstract:High ultrared heating solidifying technology for painting is such a technology which simulates space airplane surface temperature rising to a rated value because of transient heating due to surface friction while the space airplane backing iuto the atmosphere of earth.At this time the temperature can quickly provide high energy,large density and whole wave range strong ultrared radiation to make painting material to solidify.By way of test verification and productive application,it shows that high ultrared technology in the field of painting solidifying is entirely suitable for powdered painting material,watery paint and PVC gum solidification.
