| 摘 要： | 分析了边梁式铆接车架制造过程中一些常见质量问题及产生原因，介绍了实际生产中控制车架质量所采取的工艺措施，为保证车架总成对角线尺寸精度及左右钢板弹簧销孔同轴度，采取了以左右纵梁对称孔的为基准，用同轴定位销的定位方式，其效果很好。

| Abstract: | Some qualitative Problems commonly occurred and their causes during manufacture of side beam type riveted truck frame are analysed.Technological measures for controlling frame quality in production are presented.In order to guarantee dimension accuracy of diagonal lines of frame assembly and coaxality of right and left leaf spring pin holes,locating form using coaxal guide pins with symmetrical holes in left and right longitudinal beams as datum is adopted,the result of which is excellelt. |
