摘    要:为提高现场桥面板湿接缝施工效率,结合既有项目,基于工业化建造思路,对预制混凝土桥面板免支模湿接缝构造型式进行研究。提出了三种预制混凝土桥面板免支模湿接缝方案,采用有限元进行模拟,对三种方案进行对比分析,探讨预制混凝土桥面板免支模湿接缝的可行性。研究表明:预制桥面板采用方案二(底部承托设置倒角)应力水平较好,承载能力满足结构要求。对于本项目,推荐采用方案二,有利于施工快速化、简便化进行,符合当前装配化发展趋势。

Abstract:In order to improve the construction efficiency of wet joints of on-site bridge decks, combined with the existing projects and based on the idea of industrial construction, the structural type of wet joints of precast concrete bridge decks without supporting mold is studied. Three types of wet joints of precast concrete bridge deck without supporting mold are proposed. The finite element is used to simulate, compare and analyze the three schemes, and discuss the feasibility of wet joints of precast concrete bridge deck without the supporting mold. The study results show that the stress level of precast bridge deck is better and the bearing capacity meets the structural requirements if Scheme II is used (bottom support with chamfer). Scheme II is recommended, which is conducive to the rapid and simplified construction and is in line with the current development trend of assembly.
