珠海高栏港片区河网水系连通和调度研究

摘    要:高栏港经济区内河网密集,水系交错,水动力条件复杂。河道(涌)兼顾行洪、纳潮、排涝以及改善城市生态环境等多重功能。同时,该区域水系溪、湖、河、湾、海交融,区域内的水闸、泵站等水利工程的运行调度,对水动力变化影响较大。为进一步落实绿色发展理念,推进水生态文明建设,有效维护河湖健康生命,完善水治理体系,本次研究完善区域水系布置,提高区域防洪、排涝能力,调整水利工程调度方案,优化各类水利工程设施的布局和规模,恢复河涌活力,可为其他河网地区提供参考。

Research on Water System Connectivity and Scheduling of River Network in Gaolan Port Area of Zhuhai
Abstract:The river network is dense, the water system is interlaced and the hydrodynamic conditions are complex in Gaolan Port Economic Zone. The river channels take into account the multiple functions such as flood discharge, tide absorption, waterlogging drainage and improvement of urban ecological environment. At the same time, the water system, lake, river, bay and sea blend in this area. The operation scheduling of water conservancy projects such as sluices and pumping stations in this area has a great impact on the change of hydraulic power. In order to further implement the concept of green development, promote the construction of water ecological civilization, effectively maintain the healthy life of rivers and lakes, and perfect the water management system, the regional water system layout is studied and perfected, the regional flood control and waterlogging drainage capacity are improved, the scheduling scheme of water conservancy projects is adjusted, the layout and scale of various water conservancy facilities are optimized, and the vitality of river surges is recovered, which can provide the references for the other river network areas.
