Qinling Zhongnanshan tunnel is a world-class super-long highway tunnel. Monitoring department, maintenance deparlmeul, safety inspection department, fire fighting department, road administration department and on-duty department are established for the operation management of Zhongnanshan tunnel. The responsibilities and staff allocations of these departments are presented in detail.
