摘    要:介绍了国外成熟变轨距轮对锁紧机构的结构特点,分析了锁紧机构设计的关键技术。根据锁紧机构的工作机理,设计了一套适用于1 435/1 520 mm铁路轨距的变轨距轮对锁紧机构方案,并对关键部件进行了强度校核。

Abstract:The structure traits of the abroad successful locking mechanism of gauge-changeable wheelsets were introduced,the key technology of locking mechanism was analyzed.According to the working principle of locking mechanism,a locking mechanism scheme of gauge-changeable wheelsets which suited to the 1435/1520mm gauge was put forward,and the intensity of the key part of locking mechanism was analyzed.
