摘    要:为了更好地评价在役输气管道运行的优劣,应用层次分析法建立评价最优运行输气管道指标体系及结构模型,从多因素、定量与定性相结合的角度来确定最优运行的输气管道。层次分析法为输气管道的运营管理提供了一种有效的方法。同时,为实现管道最优运行采取具体措施和新管道的设计提供了辅助决策。

Abstract:To make a better assessment of the functioned gas pipeline,the stratigraphic analytic method is used to establish an index system and a structure model for assessment of the optimized function of gas pipeline,through a combination of the multivariant,quantitative and qualitative analysis.The stratigraphic analytic method is an effective way for management of gas pipeline's functions.At the same time,the method provides the idiographic measures in carrying out the optimized function of gas pipeline and supplementary decision in designing of the new gas pipeline.
