锚绞机齿轮啮合性能有限元分析

摘    要:为了研究锚绞机传动齿轮的啮合性能,利用非线性有限元法对轮齿沿齿宽和齿高方向的载荷分配规律、轮齿在啮合过程中综合啮合刚度变化规律进行了分析.结果表明:轮齿沿齿宽和齿高方向的载荷分布是不均匀的,啮合刚度呈现周期性变化.同时说明有限元法可以准确的分析齿轮的啮合规律,为提高锚绞机齿轮的承载能力、寿命、动态性能提供了可靠的设计依据.

Abstract:In order to study the meshing performance of gears of anchor windlass,the load distribution of tooth and the tooth deformation and meshing stiffness in meshing process are studied using nonlinear contact finite element method.The results show that the load distribution is nonhomogeneous,the changes of meshing stiffness is periodical and the finite element method can accurately analyze gear meshing rules,that is important to enhance the carrying capacity,life expectancy and the dynamic performance of gears o...
