钢筋混凝土拱桥悬臂浇注施工模型试验研究

摘    要:为验证钢筋混凝土拱桥悬臂浇注施工工艺的可行性和安全性,以白沙沟1#大桥为工程背景,进行了悬臂浇注施工全过程模型试验;测试了拱圈变形、控制断面应力和扣索索力,并与有限元法计算结果进行了比较,二者基本相符.结果表明,拱圈在施工过程中是安全的,钢筋混凝土拱桥悬臂浇注施工工艺可行.

Abstract:In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the construction technique of cantilever casting of a reinforced concrete arch bridge and the rationality of cable force adjustment and construction control,a model test of cantilever casting construction was made by taking the No.1 Baishagou bridge as project background.The displacement of model arch,the stress of control sections and the force of cables were tested.In addition,the test results were compared with calculated results based on the FEM(finite element method),showing reasonable agreement.The research results show that the model arch is safe during the construction,the construction technique of cantilever casting of reinforced concrete arch bridges is feasible,and the method of cable force optimization and adjustment is reasonable.
