摘    要:汽车的轻量化有着巨大的经济、社会及环境效益,车身轻量化是其中的重要组成部分。新能源汽车需要搭载大容量动力电池以增加续驶里程,电池的安全性也十分重要,要求车身在保证车内乘员和电池安全性的同时提供尽量大的电池包安装空间,又要兼顾轻量化,这些目标给车身设计开发带来了诸多挑战。以一款电动轿跑车为例,介绍了一些关键的轻量化设计和制造技术,实现了C-NCAP五星和C-IASI优秀的碰撞安全性,以及轻量化系数2.03的行业领先水平。

Abstract:The lightweight design of automobile has great economic, social and environmental benefits,wherein the lightweight of vehicle body plays an important role. New energy vehicles need to carry highcapacity power batteries to increase the driving range while also ensuring battery safety. The requirements for the vehicle body include providing ample space for battery pack installation, ensuring the safety of both passengers and batteries in the vehicle, and incorporating lightweight design consideration. These goals have brought many challenges to the vehicle body design and development. The paper focuses on an electric sports sedan that, thanks to the implementation of some key lightweight design and manufacturing technologies,has achieved excellent collision safety ratings, including C-NCAP five-star and C-IASI green, as well as the industry-leading lightweight coefficient of 2.03.
