轻型卡车车架模态分析与测试研究

摘    要:建立了某轻型卡车车架有限元模型,计算了车架的振动模态,得到模态参数,并进行车架模态试验。通过试验数据的采集、处理和分析,得到车架的十阶模态频率和振型。通过比较,发现两种方法得出的模态参数比较一致,表明所建立的有限元模型能够很好的反映原结构的振动特性。通过模态分析确定了该车架结构的可靠性,为车架的结构改进提供了理论依据。

Abstract:This paper created a light truck frame finite element model to calculate the frame of the vibration mode and get modal parameters.And tested the modal frame,through the test data collection,processing and analysis,get the ten bands modal frequencies and mode shapes.By comparison,both methods found the modal parameters obtained more consistent,which show that established finite element model can reflect the good original structure vibration characteristics.Through the modal analysis to determine the reliability of the frame structure for improved frame structure provides a theoretical basis.
