汽油机润滑系统计算分析

摘    要:根据某1.8 L汽油机润滑系统结构参数和发动机运行参数,分析了曲轴主轴承、连杆轴承和凸轮轴承端部各处所需机油最小流量及对应的最小压力,确定了发动机正常运行需要的最小机油压力和最小机油流量以及对机油泵参数的要求。通过计算分析证明了润滑系统设计是合理的。

Abstract:The lubricating oil flow rate and pressure at the end of cra camshaft bearing were analyzed according to structure parameters of gasoline engine. Then the required minimal oll flow rate and pressure determined. Finally the design of lubrication system was proved to be nkshaft main bearing, connecting rod big end bearing and lubrication system and operating parameters of a 1.8 L for engine working and the parameters for oil pump were feasible by calculation and analysis.
