| 摘 要： | 电子不停车收费（ETC）系统是智能交通系统（ITS）的重要组成部分，它具有全自动、快速便捷、非现金交易、大容量等特点。本文介绍了ETC系统的工作原理和上海市高速公路ETC系统平台，提出针对ETC设备的测试方案，并对测试结果提供了判定的方法。

| Abstract: | Electronic Toll Collection （ETC） system is the important part of Intelligent Transportation System （ITS） with features of full-automation, speediness and convenience, non-cash transaction and great capacity, etc. This thesis describes the principle of ETC system and Shanghai highway ETC system, presents the test method for ETC equipment, and provides the method for judgement of test results. |
