| 摘 要： | 通过对近几年台风暴雨引发公路水毁相关资料收集和整理,分析气象、工程地质背景条件,总结了我国东南地区台风暴雨引发公路水毁灾害的成因条件。台风暴雨过程的气象特点、地形地貌条件及山区公路建设特点等外因与内因的综合叠加,相互作用,水毁灾害也就自然发生;并划分水毁发育阶段,研究各个阶段成灾机理过程的作用程度。提出切实有效的防灾对策,为公路职能部门的相关决策提供科学依据。
