| 摘 要： | <正>经过4个多月的试运行,烟台海事局政务受理审批模式改革取得了突破性进展。自8月23日起,审批"零障碍"、服务"一条龙"、帮助"零距离"这一新模式正式运行后,海事政务受理时限将分别从法定的15天、10天压缩为5天,7天和5天的则压缩为3天,若有急事开通"绿色通道"后,相关事项当日即可办结,特事立等办结。
