| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校的思想政治理论课普遍面临的大课堂教学环境这个不利因素，教师必须加强课堂教学的质量管理，以保证思想政治理论课的教育实效。具体措施为：建立平等民主的师生关系；建立并及时巩固课堂管理制度；提高教学设计的质量，保证教学过程的严密性；充分运用课堂管理技术，提高教学质量；引导学生自主学习，强化课外辅导力度。
