新大成隧道碎石道床沉降原因分析及整治措施

摘    要:以襄渝铁路下行线新大成隧道碎石道床沉降病害整治工程为依托,利用物探手段和室内试验对病害进行分析,结合运营铁路隧道维修管理特点,采用注浆技术整治隧道道床沉降,实践结果表明:利用注浆技术在隧道施工封锁天窗内施工,对铁路运输生产影响小,施工较为便捷,整治效果较为明显。

Remediation Measures after Analysis of Settlement Causes of Ballast Bed in Xindacheng Tunnel
Abstract:Relying on remediation of sedimentation of ballast bed of Xindacheng Tunnel in the downlink of Xiangyang-Chongqing Railway, geophysical methods and laboratory test are used for analyzing the disease. Combined with maintenance and management characteristics of the railway tunnel under operation, the grouting technology is adopted for remediation of tunnel roadbed settlement. The practical results show that the grouting technology is adopted for construction in blocked roof of tunnel, which has small impact on the railway transportation and production and the construction is convenient, so the remediation effect is much better.
