跨京杭运河特大桥钢管拱安装方案设计

摘    要:跨京杭运河特大桥为跨径为132m的单孔钢管拱型桥,为优化钢管拱安装工程,针对钢管拱跨度长、桁高大等特点,通过比选钢管拱安装的2个可行方案,得出钢管拱最终安装方案为立柱式拱架法浮吊吊装。介绍了该方案的具体实施过程和钢管临时墩设计与安装及拱肋吊装等主要施工技术的解决方案。

Abstract:Jinghang Cross-canal Bridge is a single-hole arch-steel-tube bridge which has a 132-meter long-span For the purpose of optimizing the installation work of steel pipe arch, according to such characteristics as the long span truss of the steel pipe arch, and through comparing two feasible plans of the steel pipe arch installation, this article draws a conclusion that the steel pipe arch installation plan of Jinghang Bridge is the arch type of aircraft hoisting. Also it discusses the specific implementation process of Cross-canal the plan and the major technical construction solutions to the steel tube temporary pier design and installation as well as the arch rib hoisting, and so on.
