| 摘 要： | 以住宅小区项目交通影响分析为例，针对交通需求预测时难以获得精确的初始OD矩阵问题，提出从合理划分小区以形成合适初始矩阵结构，到选择合适观测路段，然后再通过进一步修正初始OD矩阵单元值以符合网络布局3方面来控制OD反推过程精度。描述引入住宅成熟度指标预测项目新增出行的方法，结果表明该方法能够更好地控制交通需求预测精度。
