高职院校学生党建质量保证体系研究

当代大学生是新时期党员队伍发展壮大的重要来源之一，保证学生党员发展质量是党员队伍保持先进性的根本保证。本文在分析高职学生党建工作现状及其原因的基础上，提出严把教育考察关，保证培养质量，严把条件程序关，保障发展质量，严把管理考核关，注重榜样质量，从而提升高职学生党建质量体系的对策。
