摘    要:以哈齐客运专线路基CFG桩施工为例,施工中为防止长螺旋钻机失稳倾覆对邻近营业线造成危害,通过地基处理增强地基承载力、支腿底加焊钢板增加与地面接触面积、设置地锚等措施,增强钻机的抗倾覆性,并对钻机稳定性以及在大风、降水等不利因素下各措施的可行性进行检算.可供类似机械设备施工时借鉴.

Abstract:Taking CFG pile construction for the subgrade of passenger dedicated line as an example, in order to prevent the harm caused by long spiral drill buckling overturning to the adjacent business line construction, measures such as the ground treatment is done to increase foundation bearing capacity, steel plate is welded to the leg bottom to increase their contact area with the ground, setting the ground anchor drilling, enhanced resistance to overturning, and the feasibility of rig stability and other factors of the measures in the wind and other unfavorable conditions are checked, which can be used as a reference for similar construction machinery equipment.
